    You may place you order online or by phone. Final confirmation will be made by phone along with payment and delivery arrangements. Please place orders as you are making travel arrangements to ensure availability. Breezy Baby can finalize delivery specifics as the date of your arrival nears. Reserve as early as possible for weekends, holidays, and summer travel. We will always try to accommodate last-minute plans.

    How Much Is My Delivery Fee? back to top 
    There is a standard minimum delivery fee on all orders for each location we serve. Higher delivery fees apply to deliveries outside our standard delivery area, large orders of multiple items, and certain other delivery types requested(See Additional Service Fee Rates At Bottom).

    Please call or e-mail for pricing on delivery charges outside of our standard delivery areas and for large orders of multiple items for your event.

    The delivery fee is a one time fee that includes delivery, pick up, and any assembly that may be required.  The standard minimum delivery fee rate applies to all orders including those that do not require any assembly.   

    **We do not have a physical storefront at any of our locations and do not allow pick up or drop off of equipment**. 

    **All of our equipment, including cribs, can be taken to go in your vehicle if you are leaving from and returning to one of our standard delivery areas.**

    Washington DC Metro:
    Our standard minimum roundtrip $40.00 delivery fee includes all of Washington DC, and the following Virginia & Maryland Suburbs: (Alexandria, Arlington, Bethesda, Bowie, Burtonsville, Cabin John, Chevy Chase, College Park, Damascus, Fairfax, Falls Church, Friendship Heights, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Herndon, McLean, Laurel, Montgomery Village, Potomac, North Potomac, Olney, Reston, Rockville, Silver Spring, Springfield, Takoma Park, Tysons Corner, & Vienna).

     We also deliver to many other areas in the Washington DC metro region!

    New York Locations:

    **We require a three night minimum rental on all equipment rentals for all New York locations**

    Albany, NY

    Our standard minimum roundtrip $40.00 delivery fee is available for the Albany metro area which includes the following locations: (Albany, Cohoes, Colonie, East Greenbush, Latham, Niskayuna, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Scotia, Troy, Watervliet).

    Lake George & Adirondack Region:

    Our standard minimum roundtrip $40.00 delivery fee is available for Lake George.  Please call or e-mail for pricing on delivery fees to the following locations:(Bolton Landing,Diamond Point, and other areas in the Adirondack region).

    Our standard minimum roundtrip $40.00 delivery fee is available for Saratoga Springs and for the following  locations: (Ballston Lake, Ballston Spa, Clifton Park, Corinth, Gansevoort, Glens Falls, Greenfield, Hudson Falls, Lake Luzerne, Malta, Mechanicville, North Greenfield, South Glens Falls, Stillwater, West Glens Falls, Wilton).

    Additional One Time Service Fees
     

    Same Day Orders:(Orders received after 9p for deliveries next day & for orders placed for same day delivery with no prior reservation)

    Hotel Crib Deliveries:

    Condo/Apartment Walkups Crib Deliveries:
    $5 Per Flight After 2nd floor

    Multiple Cribs:
    $10 Per Each Additional Crib

    Airport Curbside:
    $30 For delivery and pick up of your order upon flight arrival and departure. Service is available for flight arrival and departures between 9am-9p. (Applicable to ramp/curbside, & cell phone lot)

    Airport Car Rental Agency :

    $5 For delivery and pick up from car rental agency located on airport grounds.


    What Are Your Delivery Hours And How Do I Receive My Order? back to top 
    All rental items are hand delivered to your destination!

    **We do not have a physical storefront at any of our locations and do not allow pick up or drop off of any equipment**

    We will call you to confirm your requested delivery and pick up times 24-48hrs prior to your order start date.

    Delivery and pick-up hours are from 9:00am-8pm Monday through Sunday, with the exception of major holidays.  Customers can choose three hour time windows during our delivery and pick up hours.  

    We will always do our best to accommodate your requested delivery and pick up time windows during non-busy periods. However, during busy periods we may need to reschedule your requested times.  Once we receive your order we will finalize your requested times with you over the phone or by e-mail at least two days prior to your delivery date.  During busy periods we may not be able to finalize your requested times until 24hrs before your delivery date.

    During busy periods and holidays we may need to deliver your order a day or two early or pick up a day or two late. You will only be charged for the original days of your order should this be neccessary. We can also provide a 1/2 hour out phone notification to delivery or pick up so that need not be home during the entire three hour delivery time window.. You can request this in our special instructions box on the checkout page.

    We understand that car seat deliveries and pickups can be  time sensitive for airport delivery and pick up.  We will always accommodate your requested car seat delivery and pick up times.

    Delivery Policies For Homes, Condos/Apartments, Hotels, Airport & Rental Car Agencies:

    Homes

    With the exception of cribs, if requested, all equipment can be delivered to a back, front ,or side porch. Equipment can also be placed in any other secure place so that you do not have to be at home during the order delivery.

    Condos & Apartments

    We prefer to deliver your order to the front desk/concierge of your condo or apartment. If your condo/apartment does not have a front desk or concierge we will deliver your order to your residence.

    For all crib deliveries, please let us know in the special instructions box on the checkout page if the crib needs to be delivered through the loading dock or freight elevator at your condo or apartment. Our cribs do fit on a luggage cart and can be brought through the front door of your condo/apartment but some places require that we use the loading dock/freight elevator. Please check with your building management.

    Hotels

    With the exception of cribs, all equipment is delivered and picked up from the bellhop or front desk. In most cases the equipment is stored in the bellhop luggage room with your order identification on the equipment. In most cases equipment will be delivered prior to your arrival at the hotel. Arrangements can be made to set up a crib in your hotel room(depending on hotel restrictions)prior to your arrival. All equipment with the exception of cribs must be returned back to the bell stand luggage room ot concierge upon completion of the order by the customer. If there is no concierge or bell stand, equipment must be returned back to the front desk.

    Airports

    Airport delivery and pick up is available.  Delivery and pick up of your order upon your flight arrival and departure is available between the hours of 9am-9p for a one time round trip service fee of $30(This in addition to our standard delivery fee for your location).  This fee applies to all ramp/curbside and cell phone lot deliveries and pick ups.

    Car Rental Agencies

    We can deliver your equipment to the on or off site airport rental car agency you will be using. Your order will be waiting for you for pick up upon your arrival.  Simply return the equipment back to the rental car agency when your rental car is returned. 


    What is your cancellation policy? back to top 
    Breezy Baby  understands things can change. All orders cancelled inside of 48 hours of delivery date will be charged 50% of the original order. All other cancellations will not be charged.

    Before You Reserve Your Hotel Crib! back to top 

    Hotels have very different definitions of what a "crib" is. Most hotels will tell you that what you are getting is a crib but in reality it is a pack n play or porta crib. Many hotels use metal porta cribs that are uncomfortable and use thin mattresses that are of not full thickness. They also use improper linens that can be both unsafe and uncomfortable for your baby. Portable cribs are not recommended for children over 6 months of age.

    Your child will already be sleeping in unfamiliar surroundings so why subject your child to an unsafe and uncomfortable sleeping environment? Book a crib with Breezy Baby for your hotel stay and receive all the comforts of home. A safe, comfortable, full size, wood crib will be set up in your room and be waiting for you upon your arrival. The crib will also have the proper mattress and all of the proper linens. By having the crib set up in your room prior to your arrival you will have the convenience of being able to immediately put your child down for a nap after a long flight or car trip.


    Is there a minimum rental requirement? back to top 
    Yes, Breezy Baby requires a $50 minimum for all orders. Delivery charges will be applied towards the minimum charge.

    What is Breezy Baby's Crib to GO Service? back to top 

    Many of our customers have taken advantage of the convenience of our "Crib to GO" service. Just let us know that you would like to take a "Crib to Go" in the special instructions box upon during checkout or over the phone when you place your order. Upon delivery a Breezy Baby representative will kindly give you a short demonstration on how to put the crib together. Our cribs require no tools for assembly and all you need is a SUV, minivan, or station wagon to transport the crib. Book a crib today for your next out of town car trip!

    Sorry but Breezy Baby does not install car seats.  Car seat rules and regulations for your location can be found in the family travel resources section of our site.

    Should I Rent A Car Seat From A Car Rental Company?

    Rental car companies are not experienced in the use and care of child car seats. Most likely the seats you rent will be of poor quality. Many car rental companies can not guarantee that you will be provided a car seat upon your arrival. Don't get stuck with a car seat in bad condition or no car seat at all! Rent a car seat with Breezy Baby and you will be guaranteed to have an new model car seat and in excellent condition. We deliver to all area airports.
